Photo Art Friday! A Beginning!

OK, I'll tell you, I have, of late, had difficulty posting.  I don't feel up to writing long prose filled posts concerning my day or the happenings therein.  It may have something to do with being a new father, or perhaps that the new daughter is something akin to a human ping-pong ball that bounces off of everything she touches at a slightly higher velocity than when she started, so by the end of the day she is going at about .79 the speed of light.

With that kind of kinetic energy...uh...physics phriends...it IS kinetic energy, right?  Damn, I should have stayed awake in classes.  Anyhoooo...I don't usually have the energy to wrestle her down from her high speed antics, let alone write a long winded post.  I know, I know, you really love reading my prose.  I don't blame you.  OK, joker!  I know!  OK, I'll just post pictures, shall I?

Well, you're in luck.  A person who writes a blog I follow is starting a Friday thingy that is perfect for those of us who are bored or too busy to write a real post, no offense to her, and let's face it, no one reads my "prose," it's a win win situation!  Here is my Photo Art Friday!!!!
If you get a chance, please stop by Pixel Dust Photo Art.
So, a little more prose.  I will have subbed at each of my three districts by the time this week is out.  I missed one day on Wednesday, but for the first week back subbing, I think that's ok.

Really cool textures -- apparently being short of sleep and circuits fried is agreeing with you!

Wow - if this is what a frazzled father of a young child can accomplish ... well, 'nuf said. Love both of these!

You'll have to start a "Frazz Art" group for newly frazzled fathers :-)

If a picture's worth a thousand words, then you've got a lot of collateral in your account with these beauties.

I missed the fact that you're a teacher! (34 years completed before I retired 9 years ago!) And a new father? It's amazing you have any time at all. Your work is fabulous, though...and I look forward to more!

Awesome pics. I love the coloring in your first photo and that train pic is really cool. - Congrats on being a new dad. Warning...they don't slow down any. We have our 6 1/2 year old granddaughter and her mom living with us and she is just a whirlwind of activity still.
Oh I do like your "prose" too...quite interesting and entertaining as well.

Excellent! Love them both! You are very talented and you also seem to have a very talented daughter! She's adorable!

Thank you for your nice comment, and don't worry I really wasn't that upset with the girl taking pictures of my little set-up. I really should have asked her if she would please help me carry the chair back ! lol

Have a beautiful week-end!

Two really different looks. I like the colors in the top photo. The texture work in the lower photo really shows it off. Nice work.
