New Kitty

We took the little guy to the vet this morning and he sailed through with a bill of health.  He got his shots and we went to town for some important kitty accessories, like litter, food, and a couple toys.  Chloe was all over this shopping business, especially since Petco furnished a cart her size.  She would have had her cart filled by the time we reached the checkout line if it had not been for Mommy and Daddy surreptitiously taking things out of her cart and putting them back.
We got one of Cora's old rabbit cages out and cleaned it up for different use...a kitty's home away from home, so to speak.  Away from prying Chloes, who seem VERY interested in the goings on of little yellow and white kitties.  Cora gave him a bath while I kept Chloe otherwise engaged.  We didn't feel it a good idea for her to see Mommy dunking the cat in the sink...figuring that if she had seen this, it would only be a matter of time before our darling helpful girl was attempting to do the same thing.  I think it was a wise decision on Cora's part.

We bribed the kid with the privilege of holding the poor kitty, as if it hadn't been stressed enough in its life.  The good news is it has nearly as good of a personality as Sully did.  It is a very friendly kitten.
We still lack a name for him.  I am certain Cora will not appreciate some of the names I thought of tonight: M'Balz, Yorbalz, and Hertitz.  All Iraqi names, I think.  Other names we considered were Oppenheimer, Schrodinger, Spot, and, Chloe's favorite, Box.  I guess we'll just have to keep on looking for a name that fits.  If you have a suggestion, by all means, give me a comment with the name!

I hope your Saturday went well.  Ours when pretty good.

Every little kitten should have a little girl to hang around with.
How about Sully JR.

How about Prince Albert For short just Albert or Ally. He is such a handsome kitten who will grow up to be a terror of the house in about6 months.

I I'd consider Yur'ass or perhaps My'ass which only seem suitable if the kitten were a little larger, had hooves and long ears. These are hower, Jewish names. I really think you better wait till he's been tutored and then call him No'bals, another Iraqi name. However, a Hawaiian name like Nuti'l^ss could be substituted! Grãñdpapafrmdwnsouth.

That is one cute pet and one cute girl! Can't believe how long her hair is. My girls are both growing their hair long and now, during the summer break, they want to grow their bangs out. Sigh! That's going to look awful the whole summer.
