Barn Style

The barn above is on a road called Nightengale.

While the one below is amongst apple orchards.  It may not be a "Barn" in the horsey sense, but it is an interesting building, nonetheless!  Please click on over and see the other Barn Charm Barns at the Bluff Area Daily!
I had a good weekend.  We got to relax a little.  We got to read a little.  We got to play games with Chloe.  I got to take a few photos of her first pony tail, and we got to eat some good food!  This is the life.  Except for the early morning this morning, life can't be beat.

Love the first one - it looks so isolated. And I like the way you printed the second one - it's an interesting barn!

That first one feels so lonely! I like it a lot

The second one is pretty cool looking. Both the barn and the processing.

love that b&w shot... wide open spaces! =)

you guessed it right... my b&w shot is infra-red! I should have layered it & erased the ir off that old tin roof... I love doing ir w/ something color in the shot, but didn't think of it til just now... oh well, maybe next time

I finally got some lens filters for shooting that 'smokey water' effect I had mentioned to you before & can't wait to get out this weekend & try them out!

thanks for joining =)

Great shots. Love the black and white, but the sky in that second one is very dramatic!
