OK, here's what it REALLY looked like. See, it just doesn't pop, plus it was taken through the windshield. Here in Washington it is illegal to use you cell phone while driving...I'm PRETTY sure it doesn't say ANYTHING about large SLR cameras...
I like the simple lines of this building. I suppose if I got out of the truck it might look better.
and, well, I can't improve on this one!
I taught fifth graders today. It was a good bunch. I'd never subbed for them before, but many of them knew me. I went ahead and went through my spiel ( you know, "you can call me Mr. H, Mr. Awesome," etc.), and they got a kick out of that. Then, when we were walking through the halls and some kids from another class said, "Hi Mr. Awesome!!!" I waved at them without turning. I heard one boy in my class whisper to another, "He really IS famous!" It's things like that that make me smile.
Chloe slept better last night! You have no idea how nice that was. I think we both got more rest, but then we may have gone the other direction, worrying about NOT hearing anything...yeah, we just can't win.
She has a bad habit of standing on top of her rocking horse. We have been addressing this issue trying to wear her down. We have resorted to a time out chair. This is what she looks like after she has stood up on the horse and we put her on the time out chair...

That cloud shot is worth getting a ticket for if it was illegal to be driving and taking pictures with your SLR at the same time! :) You have amazing scenery for your drive to work! WOW!! And of course the scenery when you get home couldn't get much cuter!
Oh, lovely pictures--very impressive--and an adorable daughter!
Tears are much better than a broken bone. Time out chair is a good thing.
That cloud shot is gorgeous.
We are currently using the time out chair too; I'm surprised at how well it's going...
Love the moon and clouds and the trees, all wonderful to look at!
Yes, one does worry when the child starts sleeping all night, we still stare at the monitor screen just to check as we sometimes awake thinking we heard her! Enjoy your sleep time!

Oh my goodness. Absolutely fabulous!
Thanks for sharing! Did Chloe get a haircut? She looks beautiful, as usual.
Beautiful shots!
That "super moon" was something else, wasn't it? :)
Amazing shots! I have to admit the time out picture gave me a laugh :)
There is always something magical about the moon. Great shots but I really, really love the on of the clouds.

Nice pictures! I don't even have time to look elsewhere but the road... And Chloe looks rather upset if you ask me! My daughter will just climb on anything as ell, they're still young, so I don't think they will be breaking bones that fast, but it is important they understand where your limits are and those are not to be crossed! It is so hard to be a parent!
She looks so cute even when she is so mad about being in timeout!! They really do not like to hear "no" do they? Reagan shows us her spicy side when she hears a "no".... she has even thrown herself on the floor a few times. We couldn't help it...... we laughed!!
Hope she starts to sleep a little bit better for you and Cora. It is so rough living on little sleep.
Give Miss Chloe a hug from one of her Chenzhou Sisters:)
xoxo,
Lisa
