The past few days have seen some changes in our little girl. Specifically, a marked preference in me over things like rocks, iron filings, and razor blades. She is really beginning to accept me as one of the pack!
She still has times when she is serious...like trying to figure out new toys...
but we are seeing AND RECORDING more smiles! And let me just say, I love that smile. It really is something I cannot get enough of. She is so precious. She has a new gesture just for me: she holds her hands up, telling me to pick her up. I toss her up and catch her before she impacts the ground. Cora worries that I might slip...heck no! This kid is the only source of this particular smile. Something happens to her, and I am out of smiles!

As you can see, Dad and Daughter are having fun together.
she can play on her own, too.
Oh, and she is definitely eating. She smiles through carrot better than any other I've seen!

Yeah! Great post it is, smiles galore and pictures of both Dad and Mom included!! As for the tossing... I fully understand Cora, I'd be worried too. And hurray for carrots!
